Cancellation and Refund Eligibility
1. Subscribers have the right to cancel their subscription at any time, for any reason, without incurring any cancellation fees.
2. However, it's important to note that for subscription services involving regular deliveries, such as Mumsmoss All Flavours Sea Moss Gel 5 Pack (550ml), subscribers are required to pay for the first two deliveries before being eligible for cancellation and subsequent refund requests.
Cancellation Process
1. To cancel your subscription, log in to your account on our website or app.
2. Navigate to the "Subscriptions" section and locate the specific subscription you wish to cancel.
3. Click on the "Cancel Subscription" option and follow the provided instructions to complete the cancellation process.
Refund Process
1. After you have paid for the first two deliveries and have initiated the cancellation process, you are eligible for a refund of any unused portion of your subscription.
2. The refund will be calculated based on the remaining number of deliveries in your subscription period. The cost of the first two deliveries will be deducted from the total subscription cost, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the subscription purchase.
Exceptions
1. If you cancel your subscription after the delivery of the second product but before the third delivery, you will not be eligible for a refund of the first two deliveries.
2. Refunds will not be issued for deliveries that have already been made as part of the subscription.
Consumable Products
Due to the nature of food and drink products, items that have been opened, partially consumed, or have had their packaging tampered with are non-refundable for health and safety reasons.
